We do not offer refunds for our courses due to the patients we provide and the costs associated with developing the course for every dentist who pays and declares their intention to attend the "Live Event". We were required to pay for lodging and food in advance.

CREDIT OR COURSE EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR SICKNESS

• Unless they can be verified by your physician's statement and license number from the country of origin and a link to their published office address and telephone number. Enabling us to confirm that you were unable to travel and attend the live seminar.

• You must provide a physician's statement describing the diagnosis and the reason for your inability to travel.

ISSUES RELATED TO TRAVEL

• If your flight was canceled at the last minute and could not be replaced with another flight on the same day.

• This was your only means of transportation to attend the course.

• We need to be able to verify the cancellation with the airline in question.

Seat availability at the time of cancellation also plays a factor in determining any Credit or Course Exchanges.
